1. Service Availability

We are authorized to sell and facilitate Starlink service Nationwide. Service is not guaranteed for every location within these states. Final service eligibility is determined solely by Starlink based on network capacity in your specific cell. A clear, unobstructed view of the sky is required for operation.

2. Pricing & Fees – No Hidden Costs

We are committed to total price transparency. The total cost to establish service includes:

• Starlink Kit (Hardware): $175.00 (one-time purchase)
• Shipping & Handling: (one-time fee)
• Monthly Service Fee: $120.00 (for Standard residential service)
• Applicable Sales Tax: Added to your final order total.

You will see a full, itemized total before you confirm your order.

3. Speed & Performance Disclaimer

Important: Internet speeds are variable and are not guaranteed. Speeds listed are “up to” speeds based on Starlink’s published specifications and represent potential maximums under ideal conditions, not a guaranteed minimum. Actual performance can be affected by network congestion, obstructions (trees, buildings), weather, and other environmental factors. Starlink does not guarantee a specific quality of service (QoS) or minimum speed.

4. Data Policy

Starlink services are provided under a Fair Use policy. While most residential plans do not have hard data caps, during times of network congestion, users who exceed a priority threshold may experience slower speeds compared to other users. This is to ensure fair access for all customers on the network.

5. Our Role as an Authorized Dealer

Star High Speed Net is an independent contractor and authorized dealer for Starlink. We facilitate the sale and submission of your order. All services, hardware, support, and billing after the initial order are provided directly by Starlink (SpaceX) and are subject to their terms and policies.
